Cancellation/Refund Policy
At Impressions Skin Solutions, we value our clients and strive to provide the best possible care and service. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following policies apply:
- Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will also be charged a $50 fee.
- The fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
- Refunds and Prepaid Services
- Refunds are at the sole discretion of Dr. Linn and the practice manager and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Prepaid services may only be refunded or credited based on this discretionary review.
- Once a service has been initiated, it is non-refundable, but may be exchanged for other treatments of equal value.
- Banked credit from packages or memberships must be used within 90 days and is non-refundable.
- Product Returns
- Unopened products with a receipt may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Opened products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”) for your convenience. These Linked Sites are not under the control of Impressions Skin Solutions, and we are not responsible for the content or functionality of any Linked Site.
